Service Delivery Policy
At Atelier Seven Design (FZE), we deliver high-quality creative and strategic assets.
- Digital Delivery: Most project deliverables (designs, photographs, and marketing reports) are delivered digitally via secure download links or email.
- Project Timelines: Delivery dates are established at the start of each project. Timelines are subject to the timely receipt of client feedback and materials.
- Physical Goods: For specialized design products that require physical production, delivery will be handled via professional couriers. Shipping costs and estimated arrival times will be provided at the time of order.
- Milestones: For long-term marketing and AD management, services are delivered on a monthly or milestone basis as per the signed agreement.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the “custom-made” nature of creative design, photography, and marketing services, we operate under the following terms:
- Service Fees: Once a project has commenced, the initial deposit or “onboarding fee” is non-refundable, as it covers the creative labor and research time.
- Revisions: Instead of “exchanges,” we offer a set number of revision rounds (specified in your contract) to ensure the final product meets your vision.
- Cancellations: If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Photography: Fees for photo shoots are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
Service Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our specialized design and marketing activities.
- Quality Guarantee: We warrant that all designs and marketing strategies are original and created specifically for your brand.
- Compliance: We ensure that all marketing and AD management activities comply with UAE advertising standards.
- Post-Delivery Support: For specialized design products, we provide a 15-day technical support period to assist with any file formatting or implementation issues after final delivery.
